I have a new home in Murfreesboro in a great neighborhood. It is close to the interstate and to MTSU. It is a new home that I purchased from the builder. It is a 2 bedroom, 1600 sq ft home with 2.5 baths. It is very spacious with an open floor plan. The master bdrm is downstairs and the other bdrm is upstairs. Each has it's own bathroom, closets and floor so it is very private.All of the kitchen appliances are new, including the fridge, dishwasher and oven/stove.I have a female living upstars. She is 26 and finishing up at MTSU. She is very pleasant and will be a great roomate for anyone who we think will be a good fit for the home.I prefer someone who is not about throwing parties and would like someone who is neat with a sense of responsibilty.
